Council Member Biographies

E. FELICIA BRANNON
Felicia serves as the Executive Director of Community and Local Government Relations with UCLA. She has served in the field of Government and Community Relations for 18 years. She has also served with many community organizations including The Habitat for Humanity, L.A. Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG). She is responsible for UCLA’s relationships with LAUSD, the LACCD Board, and many other local organizations. Felicia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at CSU Northridge, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from USC.
